Lightning strikes and computers crash; things happen. In this case what happens to your data? For Dairy Comp users, you have the option to back up your program data to our servers for no charge. To set this up go to Alter and click 6 Schedule Tasks. Select a blank slot and a pop-up will appear. The boxes should be as follows:

Prev Time: 0
Next Date: The next date you want to make a back up
Next Time: This should be a time that no one is on the computer, but it is still on and connected to the internet.
Interval Unit: Days
Interval: 1
-Command To Run: connect\iu
Once setup it will run every day at your selected time. If you have any questions feel free to contact our software support team at 1-800-827-3442. For software users that have this currently in place, please check to make sure it is set to daily.
